You acknowledge that syncing delays or temporary authentication dropouts may occur.
Freely is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. All source code, UI designs, visual assets, logos, and features inside the Freely app and website are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. Your account grants you a personal, limited, non-assignable license to use the software. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of our intellectual property without written consent.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any legal proceedings shall be handled within the appropriate courts of the judicial district of Ghent.
We modify these terms from time to time. If a revision is significant, we will notify you through the app interface or via your registered email address. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
